We provide personalized guidance, advocacy, and coordination to help individuals and families make informed decisions and access the resources they need.
When should I hire a Care Manager?
Individuals and families often seek support following a hospitalization, new diagnosis, cognitive changes, caregiver burnout, when managing care from a distance becomes overwhelming, or when day-to-day responsibilities and healthcare decisions become difficult to manage alone.
Can you serve as my Medical Power of Attorney?
Yes! When appointed as Medical power of attorney, we advocate for the individual’s wishes and best interests by working closely with healthcare providers, family members, and care teams. We help ensure important healthcare decisions are made thoughtfully, respectfully and in accordance with the individuals preferences and values.
Can you serve as my Financial Power of Attorney?
Yes! When appointed as financial power of attorney, we oversee financial and administrative responsibilities on behalf of the individual to help ensure bills are paid, assets are protected, and financial matters remain organized and current.
Do you work with long distance families?
Yes! Many of our clients have family members who live outside the Bay Area and need a trusted local professional to provide oversight, coordination, and updates.
Do you provide a free consultation?
Yes! We offer an initial consultation to discuss your situation, answer questions, and determine how we may be able to assist. If needed, We will also meet you at the hospital.
Is there a minimum service commitment?
Yes. Ongoing services require a minimum monthly retainer beginning at $500 per month, which is applied towards services provided that same month.
What areas do you serve?
Bay Area life management primarily serves Santa Clara county and surrounding Bay Area communities. Virtual consultations may also be available.
